Track My Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your dispatch email for your tracking information to update.

How to Track Your Order

1. Check your inbox for your dispatch confirmation email from Lux Aura.
2. Click the tracking link in the email, or visit the courier's website and enter your tracking number.
3. Follow your parcel every step of the way until it arrives at your door.

Estimated Delivery Times

UK Standard: 3–5 working days
UK Express: 1–2 working days
International: 7–14 working days
